When can she book her first visit?
Any time after you purchase. There's no expiration on the initial 45-minute session. She picks the time that works for her.
How does the touch-up work?
After her first visit, she has 90 days to come back for the touch-up + free remineralization treatment. She can use it any time within that window: the next week, two months in, or right at the 90-day mark. We'll send reminders so it doesn't slip her mind.
What if she misses the 90-day touch-up window?
The touch-up + remineralization expires 90 days after her initial session. We send reminders before that, but if she misses it, the touch-up portion is non-refundable. The initial 45-minute session never expires.
Can I send the package directly to her?
Yes. At checkout, choose your delivery date — including Mother's Day morning.
Is this transferable?
Yes, the package is transferable before the initial session is booked.
What's the cancellation policy?
